1. How to visit our clinic:

All visits are based on prior appointment only.
The office is in the basement of 2071 St. Laurent Blvd entrance (from the right side of the garage). The house has two addresses (2069 and 2071 – it’s a duplex) There is usually plenty of parking on the streets in the neighbourhood (Nerta Street is a good option).
If the door is unlocked, please come on in, take off your shoes, head down to the basement and wait in the waiting area and someone will meet you there.
2. Payment method:
Please note that payment in full is due at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by Cash, PayPal or Interac e-transfer. Payments by PayPal and e-transfer can be sent to the email address: anshevb [at] yahoo.ca
